Terms

1. All orders must be accompanied by check or money order (please do not send cash). Check orders are not shipped until checks clear the bank (2 to 10 days).
2. We accept VISA and MasterCard on phone or mail orders. Please do not send credit card information via email!
3. We do not accept COD orders.

Prices

1. All of our prices include shipping and handling (except fresh dug bamboo picked up at Nobles Century Farm).
2. Current prices of available products are posted on this website. (We try to update product availability but due to orders in process this is not always possible; we will contact you if a product you ordered is not available.)
3. Prices for potted bamboo and for bamboo barrier picked up at Nobles Century Farm will be adjusted for the current shipping costs.

Shipping Information

We will ship your products the best way. (For live plants, shipping may be delayed during extreme cold or hot weather.) All products are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. Complaints must be received within ten days of your acceptance.

Other Information

1. All fresh dug bamboo must be picked up by appointment at Nobles Century Farm.
2. Discounts on orders for fresh dug bamboo:
more than ten (10) of the same variety will receive ten percent (10%) discount.
more than twenty (20) of the same variety will receive fifteen percent (15%) discount.
3. We can arrange for delivery upon request (prices will depend on the order quantity and the distance involved).
